Over the last 2 years the AGB TAM Analysis software sales have increased by more than 40%. New clients resulted in 44% of this increased growth and the remainder being existing clients who have increased the number of licensed Users.

We at AGB Media Services, a professional software-house, with approximately 30 senior programmers and 10 Marketing Managers who are all 100% dedicated to Television Audience Measurement, believe that part of this is due the development of a range of proprietary tools to provide better support to the end-User.

These structured procedures to develop and implement our software, allows us to keep track of optimise User feedback received from over 4 continents, ensuring that queries are efficiently responded to and that constant evolution of the software, is in line with the needs of end Users, ensuring that it continues to deliver the common currency of TAM in 18 countries.

Listening to the comments and opinions of our software Users AGB Media Services dedicated time to constructing a much faster engine for post evaluation reporting. First results showed that in some cases the new product, TeleSpot 3.0, could even be 8 times faster
