independent and transparent TAM data in every operating company within the Group.
The Nielsen Company is dedicated to serving the market with a complete system from the target population study to the analysis of the retrieved TAM data.
It is not our policy to sell or license our proprietary tools to any third party - with the exception of the TAM analysis software,
which is currently being used by thousands of clients worldwide. One of the major reasons that we do
not sell or license any other parts of our TAM system is that we believe that any TAM peoplemeter system
is a technically demanding operation that cannot provide satisfactory results without the necessary
professional support, not only for the meters but also for the production software.
